The V3 management team consists of an experienced group of business people who have direct experience of travel & tourism, working with SME businesses, successful growth of technology businesses, and building successful service-led businesses.
Shane Crockett - Managing Director
Shane has over 20 years experience in the areas of leisure marketing and management.
As the previous CEO of the Western Australian Tourism Commission, General Manger of Eventscorp and Executive Director of Australia's Round of the World Rally Championship, Shane is rightfully recognised as one of Australia's leading leisure executives.
Shane has been acknowledged internationally as having created benchmark strategies for tourism destinations, government tourism organisations and businesses
Stephen Wells - Director Business Development
Stephen’s marketing experience spans almost 20 years. He has been involved in developing some of Australia's most successful marketing campaigns. In addition, he developed and implemented the Western Australian Government master media agency concept for the aggregation of government media buying.
Stephen has also developed the corporate identities and marketing and online strategies for numerous successful leisure businesses, including national sports teams and tourism destinations.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science (Hons.).
Richard Jackson – Finance Director
Richard has an extensive knowledge of start up companies and, during his 15 years experience, has been instrumental in assisting a number of businesses achieve multi million turnovers from a standing start. He has a proven track record of financial management and specialises in business appraisal, settlement systems and financial modelling.
Jim Swaby – Technology Manager
Jim is the Technology Manager for V3. Having over 10 years professional experience in the internet industry and over five years meeting the needs of integrating to online Distributors, reservations and booking systems. He provides an invaluable resource in making the open nature of the platform achievable.
Andrew Lane – National Sales Manager
Running the Sydney Office, Andrew is responsible for Supply Partner management and sales, Andrew has a broad range of tourism experience extending for over 10 years with senior management roles in both the Perth Convention Bureau and, more recently, the Australian Tourist Commission (now Tourism Australia).
Jody Johnson – Services Manager
With 15 years experience in the travel industry and client support, Jody leads a dedicated team of support staff who are constantly monitoring and refining the support systems and materials for Providers, Distributors and Supply Partners. This includes management and audit of Help Desk and training staff, assessment, testing and processing of client feedback, involvement in the Software Development Team and continual updating of online user guides so that they always reflect the constantly evolving software functionality. |
