- Visitor Information Centres and Call Centres have a choice of customers paying by credit card direct to the Provider ( 'provider-direct booking' ) using the standard Booking and Payment Service, which direct-debits the fees owing to you from the Provider on a monthly basis OR customers paying by credit card to your bank account ( 'on account booking' ).
- Tax invoice is produced for customers.
- When you choose the provider-direct standard booking pages, the system will produce a tax invoice from the Provider OR, in the case of an on account booking, the Visitor Information Centres or Call Centres will be required to produce the tax invoice.
